We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade.
