Annie was absolutely incredible in helping me purchase my first house. I really appreciate you being by my side throughout on this first time buying (solo) experience.
Meghan was great in (very) quickly securing the deal and Annie then picked up and was always on call and always a step ahead which was so refreshing and it meant I wasn’t battling solicitors etc alone.
I highly recommend M&B and also rented before this purchase for 3.5years and I cannot fault them.
Reply from Curchods Walton on Thames (Sales): Hi Abigail, thank you so much in taking the time to leave us a review! We are so pleased to hear that your sales progressor, Annie was on hand to guide you through that very special moment of buying your first home that Meghan and the team at Whitstable helped you to find it and secure it for you! We try to make moving home as stress free as possible, so the team will be delighted to hear your feedback. Thank you for your kind words for our lettings team as well and for your recommendation. It's always lovely to hear that we come highly recommended. We wish you all the best in your new home. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need us in the future
After a slow start and no viewings for 6 months, selling our house was transformed when Megan took on looking after us. She is tenacious, determined and takes her job very seriously, a consummate professional. What she says she will do she does, you can't ask for more! She is a credit to Miles & Barr. The sales progression team were hugely helpful - special thanks to Kim for revving up the process towards the end.
I had a brilliant experience with the Miles & Barr team. Everybody I dealt with was proactive and eager to help and I wouldn't have been able to complete so quickly if it wasn't for them. Especially grateful for Annie and Megan's help throughout!
Amazing Experience with EweMove North Finchley!
I’m so grateful to Mrs. Shabnam Shah, Mr. Afie Dalley, and, of course, Mr. Khilan Shah for helping me find and buy my very first London home! …

Sophie is fantastic, sold my house and was 'on it' during the whole process from sale to exchange, managing and moving forward the whole chain and giving advice. Made the whole process much easier
Sean and Tony were a pleasure to deal with during my purchase. They both were very professional and helped keep the purchase on track. My only regret is not using the to sell my property
Adam from EweMove was already at the property and was on time.
He was professional and friendly .
He answered all our questions to the best of his ability. We highly recommend
EweMove estate agents for buying or selling your property and we wish them all the best .
