I chose M G Estate Agents as they were local and I thought they would have a really good understanding of the local house selling market in my area. My assessment was spot on,. The assistant manage was was very supportive whilst giving me realistic and valuable advice on the local market and the best way to put the house up for sell. Photography and marketing was excellent. When we went live I was kept upto date with viewings and feedback having 5 viewings the first weekend and 4 the second with offers following on. I would say that the whole M G Estate Agents team worked really well together to make my house sale happen. They had a Mortgage Progressor who kept me up to date with progress being made along the way. When things were slowing up even the managing director pulled out the stops to get the sale clinched.
