Jemma from Fine and Country in Cardiff made our house buying and selling very smooth. She was professional and always approachable. We are so glad that we chose to sell our house with the estate agent that we were buying from, it made a very stressful process run much more smoothly as we just had one point of contact. Gill in sales progression was incredible at keeping us updated and chasing solicitors on our behalf. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser!
