Gavin and his team were exemplary during my house sale. They went to enormous trouble to get to know me and the house, and the photos and description were outstanding. They were well-prepared for every viewing and kept me informed with immediate feedback. Their energy and commitment never flagged and they were constantly looking for new ways to promote the house. They were unfailingly friendly, professional and efficient and I would recommend them without reservation. I even made them a cake to say thank you!

We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason – our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade.
