After a slow start and no viewings for 6 months, selling our house was transformed when Megan took on looking after us. She is tenacious, determined and takes her job very seriously, a consummate professional. What she says she will do she does, you can't ask for more! She is a credit to Miles & Barr. The sales progression team were hugely helpful - special thanks to Kim for revving up the process towards the end.

We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser!
