Currently in the process of purchasing my first home (offer accepted!) and Archer and Co have been super helpful and really quick whilst offers were being made, Lauren in particular has been my main point of contact and made the whole process really simple and efficient, taking numerous calls from myself throughout the day and getting back to me the moment there was any news, Lauren in particular was really friendly and somehow made the process that I thought would be boring and tedious quite hilarious and fun! 5 stars so far and thanks again to the team for making the whole thing a walk in the park.

I recently moved to a house near Ross-on-Wye. Conveyancing was coordinated by the team from the Monmouth office. My purchase was in quite a long chain and there were one or two complications agreeing a completion date. The uncertain is around this were handled very competently by the conveyancing team. I found all staff members friendly and approachable. I viewed the property twice and had no problem organising either visit. Staff at the Ross office are very friendly and pleasant. Overall, I would recommend Archer & Co quite highly.

Ellen Challonder valued our house last week for a part-exchange. Ellen was professional and she arranged a visit for the following day and we received all our paperwork the same day. The members of the Lettings team are very professional, friendly and exceptionally responsive. Maintenance requests were always promptly dealt with during our tenancy with Thomas Merrifield. A letting agency where tenants also matter. Highly recommended.
