The team at Curchods in Walton-on-Thames have worked so hard to get our house sale over the line. It took over a year of patience and hard graft. The house was also on with another agent, and I am happy that Curchods got the sale in the end as they worked much harder to get it done. I am particularly happy as Sean and Tony worked above and beyond to keep everyone in the loop, and even went so far as to be a go-between with a neighbour that required an unexpected problem to be negotiated with. Julia was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and understanding when it came to her selling our house.
Selling and moving is one of the most stressful things to do but Julia helped the process massively and made it easier.,
She sold our house within a few weeks and did the viewings.
When the sale was going through she liaised with our buyer and ourselves and we were all kept up today with the process.
