Having decided to use Miles and Barr for the sale of our house we found the entire team to be really helpful. We received emailed confirmation of viewings all of which were accompanied by M&B staff. We got prompt feedback following the viewings. Once the sale was agreed we were handed over from the sales team (Megan and Sophie) to the progression team (Annie) who gave regular update and helped get the sale over the line. Should we move again in the future we would definitely use Rob and the team.

Fantastic service from helpful, efficient, polite friendly estate agents! We bought our current home which was listed by MMP and couldn't of had a better experience. Just a shame they weren't dealing with our house sale back in England too, as they did way more and were a lot more helpful and pro-active than our agents! Donna was amazing and consistently dealt with queries from me regarding our purchase and kept the whole thing moving even when our own agents for our sale didn't! Would definitely recommend MMP for any sale or purchase. Exceptional! 10/10

We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser!
