The total service from checking in to on going is so poor it is unbelievable! I have no idea how they call themselves Surrey's best! Far from it! My advice is any pre-conditions you have - make sure its been completed before signing anything or moving in! Do not assume it will be done and do not be naïve to think they will take responsibility for it! Furthermore be prepared to keep chasing! As A landlord I would be weary of them as a simple inventory check can get lost and they have to come back a month later to re do it - This they find acceptable! The whole system is Flawed!
