Curchods sold my last house and I purchased my current one through them too - different offices though. My one only gripe is therefore that if you are buying and selling through the same estate agent chain, then it would be nice to have one contact person and not two…although I know why this isn’t the case (for the commission). Considering the sale of my flat, and viewings, were happening when we were in the midst of the pandemic I thought the team were great at keeping me in the loop about what was going on and really helped push the sale through. House Sale well handled
Having dealt unsuccessfully with several other local agents I turned to Curchods to sell my property in Walton. The process was handled in a friendly and professional manner and my point of contact, Jake Woods was a pleasure to deal with, I would definitely recommend them as a first class agency.

We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser!
