Absolutely outstanding, I've known Frank for over 39 years (school) I contacted Frank after my father had past away, he talked me through the whole process of what to do to my dad's home to sell and helping me through all aspects to sell my dad's house, I would highly recommend anyone to use TEKoop as they are world class in what they do, sold my dad's house within days of getting it on the market, I can't praise them enough

We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and personal service from David Stevens. From start to completion David kept us informed about everything that was happening with the sale of our property even though we were abroad for a lot of the time. David did a fantastic job of marketing my property in Ash Vale: the photos did my house real justice and before long there was steady footfall of people coming to visit. Several offers were made and I was able to accept the best one. David also helped me with my onward search: he showed me round several properties - 2 of which I made offers on. On a personal level, David was great to deal with: he is highly experienced in his field and so has a good deal of accumen, empathy, tact, patience and good humour! So I have no reservations in recommending David Stevens / Tekoop after a really great experience 👍.

We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team.
