James Neave have an amazing team of staff who work quickly, professionally and are also extremely friendly and pleasant. We have had bad experiences with estate agents in the past so assumed the worst this time around but were very pleased with the company from start to finish. James Neave and especially Andy and Ryan have looked after my property welfare for over 10 years. From being a tenant, to purchasing then leasing and eventually selling. I can not fault their service and feeling like nothing is a problem that cant be solved.

When we started looking for a property initially I was filled with dread as my previous experience with estate agents has not been positive however I was wonderfully surprised with our great experience with James Neave. We had a few hiccups with our lenders during the sale process which led to unforeseen delays but throughout Ryan and Andy worked really hard with us to help push the sale through even though there were many moments when the seller wanted to pull out. We can't thank the team enough for all their help. They're just lovely people who want to help genuinely help you! This experience has certainly helped reduce my anxiety of buying a property and restored my faith about estate agents! Would highly recommend them whether you're buying or selling in the local area!

Great Service

What a service and breath of fresh air Andy Davis is from James Neave Estate Agents, we had a long and drawn out Probate to go through but Andy stuck with us continued to keep our purchaser up to speed and interested in the property. Nothing was to much trouble for him in fact a few of the things he did for us were well above his pay grade lol.
