We firstly used Andy and company at James Neave as letting agents when we were renting the property. We found them to be very efficient and, above all, open and honest. None of this exaggerating any claims. When we decided to sell, the sales team led by Andy were both professional and efficient. An honest and realistic valuation was placed on the house, even though we may have liked a little more, it was explained to us the market had slowed down and, in their professional opinion, the suggested price would promote interest and hopefully lead to a quick sale. They were proven to be correct, as the house sold quickly. The after sale service which is sadly lacking with some agents was very good, we were kept fully informed by Andy and Ryan on the sales team and any questions we had were answered promptly. Sometimes communication is sadly lacking, we had no such problems. Overall, very satisfied with their service, you might even say it has restored some of our faith in Estate Agents. Would not hesitate in recommending them.
