Straight Talking and Proactive

I used James Neave for both the off market sale of my flat and the purchase of a new home. I went to James Neave and Andy Davies in particular, as having bought my flat through them 6 years previously, I found them to not possess any of the negative traits usually attributed to estate agents. Friendly, straight talking and always able to manage expectations, I wasn't subjected to time wasting viewings just to demonstrate that work was being done, which was important to me. We had a very narrow window to complete and Andy, without prompting, was all over the detail in pushing the solicitors of all parties involved to get this over the line, which we did, and I am sure in no small part to Andy's attention to detail and powers of persuasion. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
