We recently sold my mother in laws maisonette with Andy from James Neave. I bought my flat through James Neave nearly 8 years ago, and they were so efficient then, that when we came to selling it I knew they were the right people to instruct. In a market that was proving difficult to shift flats they found us a buyer in good time, and went truly above and beyond helping us to get it sold in our time frame whilst keeping us updated every step of the way.
