Nathan & Sam who conducted my valuation were both well presented & extremely knowledgeable of the local property market - their valuation was spot on and they took the time to understand the reason for the sale & wanted to learn more about the property. Viewings were well organised and efficient and feedback chased and passed on to myself. It didn’t take long until my house was sold STC. I will genuinely miss my chats on the phone to Liam & Heidi who helped negotiate the sale - they went above and beyond keeping me informed, chasing solicitors and always happy to just have a natter. The house sold itself pretty much as it was reasonably priced and an attractive purchase as it was a 3 bed, in a popular area. To that degree I feel the fee involved was rather inflated. Belvoir did do one favour for us as we spotted some unwanted interest prior to bidding, which helped us avoid selling it to someone we preferred to ignore. My three star rating stems from the fact that they allowed a viewing without our consent/notification. In fact we weren't informed of the initial influx of interest at all and only found out by accident that the "one" viewing on the first Saturday after it was launched that in fact 15 viewings were scheduled. Plus Belvoir left the lights on at the house (empty, no chain) and despite me drawing attention to this they left them on four times in total. Considering they were recommended I was disappointed.

STAY AWAY FROM BELVOIR

The worst agency to rent from. Stay away from this agency. I rented from them for 4 years all this time they haven't bothered to check the property even when i called them and asked them to do so. I never missed any payment however when they decided to increase the rent from 800 to 1250 i new that is time for me to leave. i gave them 1 month notice , after 1 month i asked them to come and collect the keys. At that moment i was told that they didn't had a notice so i should continue paying the rent. One of the agents camed to the property i handed him the keys. In 3 weeks after i handed the keys i received a email in wich i am threaten that if i don't pay the rent they will take it further.
