I had a great experience in buying a property in the West Midlands. Heidi was great, she did a tremendous job keeping on top of everything and updating me while I was able to carry on working full time. She was respectful of times and emailed me when I was unable to take calls due to work. She, without being prompted was calling for follow ups with the conveyancing and legal team.
