Asked these people to value one of my properties for sale. Took all the details and said they would be in touch. Week later I called them for an update and was told only the manager could do valuations. Over another week, still nothing. I contact them to be told the valuation is too complicated for them because the property is a business downstairs and residential upstairs. All this they already knew. Inexperienced, I suggest you avoid. Also lied by saying they tried to contact me but couldn't. I received no missed calls, no emails and neither did my tenants at the property.
