My experience with Liam and all of the team at Belvoir was top notch. Liam was friendly, polite and most importantly clear, honest and on the case! He knows his job and guided me really well but also took my opinion on board. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone.

Liam has been absolutely amazing from start to finish of buying our house. I could not fault the service received, being first time buyers having an estate agent that genuinely cared made the world of difference to purchasing our property I wish he could’ve been our solicitor too😂. I hope if we ever decide to move that he’s still with the company because I wouldn’t want anyone other than him to sell our house!

Fantastic service from start to finish in which ended up as a quiet complicated sale due to solicitor delays.Even this delay the team were on it,regularly pushing the said party.Personal thanks from viewing with Nathan to regular updates from Liam and Heidi of which no amount of phone calls or personal pop ins to office were too much trouble.Would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone and they would be my first port of call in the future if needed.Many thanks to all the team including anyone not mentioned.Regards,Jim Crump
