I had a great experience in buying a property in the West Midlands. Heidi was great, she did a tremendous job keeping on top of everything and updating me while I was able to carry on working full time. She was respectful of times and emailed me when I was unable to take calls due to work. She, without being prompted was calling for follow ups with the conveyancing and legal team. We greatly appreciate her support through this whole process and wish her and the team the absolute best. Liam was also lovely marking the key collection and handover easy.
