Hello Heidi All is completed now and I wanted to thank you for all you have done. You made things run easily and I appreciate that very much. I am so relieved it is all sorted and I can move forward now. I am a sentimental and emotional old gal, and the house meant a great deal to me (a lot of memories of my mom and my dog) so it wasn't just bricks and mortar, it was a big part of my life.
