Due to a change in my sons plans I ended up needing to rent a property in Wakefield,quite a long way from where I live. I decided to rent it out via the full service provided by Movenowproperties and since september 2009 they have managed the property for me. During that time, Amanda, Sam and Sue have seen to everything. The property has never been without tenants and the ones selected have always been good, never any issues with payments or damage etc. They have always advised of any necessary works and have always had these carried out economically by locally qualified tradesmen., keeping me informed as necessary. They have also kept me up to date with necessary legislation.
