The staff made buying my forever home a pleasent experience. They helped with any queries I had and nothing was too much trouble. Jamie and Samantha was always on the end of the phone to put my mind a rest if I had any concerns .

Good company I was just disappointed as I paid a holding deposit which I couldn't get back i knew this was the case but as I explained to them it was because of the corona virus and the application was for a shared house so i was just looking out for other people and I thought I would receive the same decency back.

I have always found Movenowproperties to strike a good balance between my interests as a landlord and those of the tenants renting my properties. This is important to me - I do not expect tenants to put up with conditions I would myself find unacceptable. Movenow understand this.and we generally enjoy a good agent / tenant / landlord relationship. Where problems have occurred, they have usually been resolved to my satisfaction.

Professional, friendly service - great as we were first time landlords. A little more focus on customer communication wouldn't go amiss, but overall a good service.

At first we had a few teething issues but these were sorted out. Over the past three years there have been no problems at all and we have been very happy with the property and the support from Amanda.
