Pretty bad - we rented through them in Upminister. Constant issues / faults with flat there were not dealt with on time, my partner who spent so much time chasing up things. Very inefficient. Would never use again.

Offer accepted on a house through this agent and then gazumped a few days later. Poor integrity. I won’t be dealing with this agent again as a buyer. A complete waste of time.

Horrible service from Richard and Such. We put an offer on a Thursday, offer got accepted straight away in writing. To get it off the market they required us to use their solicitors and to book a survey in. We felt pressured so we used their Solictors and paid in advance. Our mortgage application completed and surveyor booked to call them on Monday. Then on Monday, Balgores called us and said they are withdrawing offer and accepted someone else instead. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Such and Richard. To anyone reading and purchasing via them...I dont recommend going with them - we are now stuck with their solicitors!

Absolutely horrific mortgage advisor lost us a house with severe delays in communication. This caused us to lose a buyer also and set our move back by 7 months at great expense. Strongly advise using ANY other agent you can find .. I'd rather ask a lamp post for help than this disorganised .. insensitive and thoroughly ghastly company. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

BEWARE. It is ILLEGAL to charge a tenant fees for referencing. This company try charge a NON-REFUNDABLE 'deposit' instead.

I would advise anyone Not!!! to rent or buy through Balgores! Myself and my boyfriend rented through them to rent a Damp and Mouldy property!! I had my own damp expert go in and look at our property in upminster and found there was TOXIC MOULD IN OUR PROPERTY!!!! Balgores were not listening to us and treated us terribly!!

Basically door to door harassment via Post, have had no less than 5 letters trying to poach me from my current estate agent, always promising to get me full price for rent . not sure what make them think they can rent it out quicker and for the same price. after all everyone just looks at Rightmove. I CANT Get the the Junk mail to stop.
