I haven't been able to view a house from this agent. I had two viewing appointments, both of which were canceled. I was notified of the cancellation four hours before one of the viewings.

Smoothmove, more like hardest move of my life, stay clear unless you want to do the job for them and still pay them, cheapest for a reason, absolute cowboys, incompetent, empty promises, my dog could do a better job, act like children when called out, they blame everyone else but themselves, had our entire chain ripping their hair out just trying to simply get an answer from them. I got to the point I had to go to the office just to try and get somewhere, surprise surprise, I didn't. To top everything, they straight out refused to talk to my solicitors which was shocking, my solicitors have been doing this for years never seen anything like that, same with the other estate agent we spoke with that was acting on our purchase. I would give -100 if I could, surprised they even have any 5 stars at all

I had lots of issues with SmoothMove when buying my house. I won't go into lots of detail, but I was constantly having to chase, and they promised callback after callback, even at specific times, and never got back to me. Full of empty promises. I am now looking to sell, and thought I'd give them another chance as this was 5 years ago. I requested a valuation over a week ago, and they still haven't replied to an email or phone call. I made the request through their website. Seems some things never change. Unless you want to chase an estate agent daily where it seems like they get a buzz out of not replying, I'd stay well clear.

Had to call them 3 times to get a viewing confirmation for a house on Holbeck, Astley (to the vendors, no wonder your house is not sold yet 🥴). Jack really has no customer service skills, and incompetent. On 3rd call asked to speak to a branch manager. One of the owner, Corrine called and did not want to listen, interrupted, and asked me what do you want me to do about Jack, mistakes can happen, fire him? lol. If Corrine as a business owner has no customer service skills, why would Jack have any? Possibly the worst business owner, i came cross, don't have the ability to listen to a customer and take feedback to improve her business. Kept asking me what else do you want, i have staff off sick, on grievance started complaining, raising her voice like she was having a some sort of tantrum. If you're not well, don't call a customer, may be have someone else do it. Anyhow, don't recommend them, if trying to book a viewing is like this, imagine trying to complete a sale with them. Big nightmare avoided, ended up telling Corrine, forget about it, cancel the viewing.

Completely ignored, appreciate the industry is seeing huge demand in the market but some common decency to update or reply to communication should still be a standard.
