In selling our house, Madissons: * gave straight talking advice on how to optimise the property usage and presentation for sale * produced high quality literature * did all the viewings * arrived early to ensure all in order prior to viewing * visited and viewed competing properties to ensure knowledge of immediate market when carrying out viewings * tried every bit as hard after a few months, and right up to sale, as they did on day one. * efficiently dealt with numerous problems during sale process.
