We were a buyer of the house which Maddisons Residential were estate agent for. They have been amazing throughout. Really good communication, swift in responses. We had issues with delays lower down the chain and they have been instrumental in pushing our buyers and their solicitors along to get this to completion - without their effective and proactive approach I am not sure if we would have gotten to exchange before transaction fell apart. Goodies on completion were a final nice touch. An amazing estate agent that clearly stands out, highly recommend!
