Fantastic agency - highly recommended

We sold our flat through Maddisons in 2017 after being so impressed with them whilst viewing other houses in Tunbridge Wells. They were all incredibly knowledgeable about the properties we saw and were so warm and welcoming that we felt like we were being shown around by old friends. They really were the most un-estate-agent-like estate agents we have met. We approached Maddisons with a 12 week time limit to sell our flat and they got to work straight away. They took great care in helping us dress the flat for photos, and rather than just snapping a few clumsy shots with a phone, organised a professional photographer who did a fantastic job. As we were pressed for time, they cleverly pitched the property at a sensible price to get people through the door, and thanks to their professional viewing style we had several offers at the asking price within the first week so ended up going to sealed bids and achieving rather more than we had expected. They expertly guided us through the entire process and continually updated us on the progress being made. The service provided by Maddisons is excellent value for money, and whether you are selling a little flat like ours, or a mansion, they will go to great lengths to ensure you have the best possible experience.
