Maddisons provided a refreshing approach and excellent attentive service

From the start Deborah Richards and her very competent team at Maddisons showed the enthusiasm and ability that we were looking for when we put our family home of twenty seven years on the market last May. There was a creative approach to fees followed by very good service in preparing the website entries and brochures which did the best possible job in presenting the house to prospective buyers. Maddisions put us in the position of being able to accept a good offer in June and the high level of service then continued right through the selling process with regular updates and follow up with solicitors acting for sellers in the 'chain' that developed. We completed in mid-October. Thank you Maddisons, job well done!
