Our experience of working with the team at Maddisons has been a very positive one. They gave us some great advice and support through the whole process of selling our house. Their feedback to maximise the potential for our house was appreciated; and was honest and sensitive, and most importantly it certainly helped. The feedback from all the team that was supporting us was excellent; from the immediate feedback after each viewing, to the weekly reports prior to an offer being accepted, through to exchange and completion of contracts. During the latter weeks leading upto exchange of contracts, in comparison to what we were seeing from further up the chain, were weekly progress updates that were accurate, timely, and importantly useful.
