I contacted Kings Estates over a month ago for advice and assistance whilst I tried to terminate a management agreement with a National Estate and Lettings Agent for my two properties in Tonbridge. Well, it was a long slog, but Tom and Gemma were magnificently patient as it took months to exchange, but of course outside of their control. What Tom and Gemma *did* do was to try their best to keep me in the picture with what was going on and we've done it. So, many thanks to them both (and all the other guys and girls behind the scenes). Much appreciated. If you need a team to keep you calm when all around you is a tempest, Kings have that team.

I have only good things to say about this agent. I met with Gemma initially who, although a sale agent, kindly spent time with me to take down my requirements for a rental property and even booked me in to see a rental later that afternoon. I then met Cerys, the letting agent, at the rental property and she was friendly, efficient and explained the details of the property to me very clearly.

Responsible, almost immediate responsive to enquiry, kind and friendly, highly appreciated.
