Kings Estates - Tunbridge Wells

I bought through Alan De Maid … David was exceptional in his approach to helping us secure one of the nicest houses on the Park with back to back viewings over a one day period & even saving the best house until last…..Making us smile along. We have been here now over a number of years and have recommended friends / family to use only ADM whether selling or buying. Our Long term plan is to sell and downsize and I know that I will use them without a shadow of doubt to facilitate this task believing in their expertise in handling these desirable properties is a cut above the rest & in this area they have clients on their books just waiting!! Mr E.N

Helpful and professional agents. I highly recommend. Thank you to the whole team.

The service offered by Alan De Maid from the initial valuation through to the final negotiations was excellent. Their experience really shines through.
