A huge thank you to Tom, Lauren and all the team at Kings for their help in selling our house. They were efficient, trustworthy, honest, professional and incredibly supportive with the sale. The updates were a great help in easing us through the process. We hit some issues with the chain that we were in but they were all on hand to offer advice and to calm our worries. A particular thanks to Lauren for her continuous support and guidance especially at the end of the sale! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Best estate agents I have used. It was mainly Gemma and Lauren who dealt with the sale of my home so efficiently but a huge thank you to the whole team for helping. It took a while but we got there in the end. Their communication, local knowledge of the area, and professionalism made a massive difference in selling my home. Gemma was always there giving me advice and listening to me natter on when things got tough. Thanks again guys really appreciate the effort you made. We have been tenants with King's for just under 4 years. All the staff have been so helpful throughout our tenancy, as soon as we reported issues or to ask for something they have all been good at getting back to us.
The checkout process was very smooth with Belinda and Fiona being extremely helpful all throughout and have been so friendly and very reassuring as I am one of those people who worry a LOT! Thank you ladies and to everyone else at King's! I also would like to thank our landlord too! Beautiful apartment we had and we hope the next tenants will be very happy there too. Belinda and Fiona are a huge asset to King's and a big thank you again!

A completely different league in terms of communication, courtesy and level of service from all team members. The whole process from the first viewing to keys collection has been superb and as stress free as we could have wished. Lauren was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process, always available -one call away and responsive to my emails. She made sure that I was on track with the process and helped me chase the appropriate people involved in the sales process. Lauren also recommended solicitors, surveyors and builders when I needed them. She also shared the meter readings just before I moved in. Lauren also took measurements of relevant spaces for me to be able to order furniture/appliance with the correct measurements. She has been instrumental to purchasing my first home! I would definitely recommend Lauren, Gemma and the Kings Estate team to my friends and family! However, I would also suggest that an orientation be given to the new property owner on/after the move-in: It took some time to look for the meters/stopcock but wasn't too bothered. Thank you Lauren!
