Kings Estates recently sold my apartment for more than £40k higher than one estate agent had suggested putting it in for and more than £80k higher than another. They were super efficient and always available when I needed them. They delivered on all metrics. Don’t hesitate to use them.

The level of service offered by Kings Estates is, in my opinion, second to none. They are extremely professional and efficient and I feel very reassured knowing that they are now managing my property. Everyone at the office is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. You absolutely can't fault the people from Kings Estates. From the first conversation to the last they were so supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and every question, worry or enquiry was met with a fast and positive response. The whatsapp messages were brilliant and we were kept in the loop the whole way through the process. I can't recommend Kings enough. You just can't find better.
