** UPDATE ** This is the second time that I have used King's Estates (initial review below). The team were fantastic, putting a lot of hard work into a long and problematic chain and going above and beyond to communicate with the top end of the chain for our purchase (which was technically not their responsibility) where communication from another agent was lacking. When selling our flat the quality of the pictures used for the details speak for themselves and the team worked hard to get us the viewings we needed. Overall I am very happy with the service King's provided and would both use and recommend them to others, for the future! As a first time buyer I received a really friendly, comprehensive service given by Anthony and his colleagues. They were attentive to needs and the progression of my flat purchase. I have been dealing with Kings Estate Agency for several years both as a landlord and more recently for a property sale. They have been fantastic in all possible ways.
