I moved to Rusthall in January 2021, during lockdown and complications with delays with Solicitors etc. KMJ Property were selling the house I bought. KMJ Property and particularly Suzanne were wonderful to deal with, she was responsive, helpful, made sensible suggestions during negotiations without being 'overly salesy'. I know she was a huge help to the vendor as well. I would definitely recommend their services. When I move (which I hope won't be for a long time as I love it here!) I will be using KMJ property to sell my house.

We bought our property from KMJ and there is absolutely no doubt that they made the process far less stressful than it otherwise would have been. We found KMJ to be particularly friendly and proactive in all their communications with us, and were very impressed with the customer service we received despite not being their direct clients! They were on the ball when it came to managing the chain, keeping us updated and chasing other parties' estate agents and solictors to ensure the sale went throigh in line with the planned dates.
