I have to say we found KMJ to be the most helpful estate agents we came across when looking for a property in Tunbridge Wells, they really were interested in what we looking for rather than showing us around everything on their books. We were working to quite a tight timescale for completion when buying and Suzanne was great at keeping us informed on progress during the purchase of the property. I have had nothing but spam/scam emails ever since giving them my email to use their 360 virtual tour to view one of the properties. I rarely give out my email for this exact reason, but seeing as they are property agency I really didn't think they would be the type to sell data. Obviously I was wrong.
