Selling a home is always going to be a stressful time, but KMJ went above and beyond to make everything as simple and pain free as possible. We were on a tight schedule as we needed to find a buyer quickly to allow us to secure another property. From the first visit on 21st December, the property was photographed and marketed by Christmas Eve, viewings organised over the holiday period and by 29th December we had a confirmed buyer. KMJ - superb on all fronts. From start to finish when buying our new home through KMJ it was a pleasure to deal with them. Nothing was every to much trouble for any of the staff however most of our dealings were with Suzanne who was outstanding. They were friendly & approachable at all times however never loosing their professionalism. They kept us up dated every step of the way, which when it came to exchange & completion, for us, was invaluable. It is a pity they did not have a branch where we use to live otherwise we would not have hesitated to use them. From beginning our search to the date of completion, KMJ have been amazing. Marc in particular went above and beyond after our purchase fell through to find us the perfect house and he did just that!
