A fantastic experieince. Originally I was wary of using KMJ because I had a large property to sell and they seemed like a small company. But when David came round to do the valuation he was instantly likeable and trustworthy. He advised going for OIRO and explained the benefits. we ended up in a competitive situation with best and final offers above the asking price. This happened the week that viewings restarted after lockdown. Offer accepted on 26th May 2020. Completion 30th July. All with David and Suzanne negotiating between the needs of ourselves, the buyer and solicitors. They couldnt work harder and were always available. A genuine family company.
