I moved to Rusthall in January 2021, during lockdown and complications with delays with Solicitors etc. KMJ Property were selling the house I bought. KMJ Property and particularly Suzanne were wonderful to deal with, she was responsive, helpful, made sensible suggestions during negotiations without being 'overly salesy'. I know she was a huge help to the vendor as well. I would definitely recommend their services. When I move (which I hope won't be for a long time as I love it here!) I will be using KMJ property to sell my house.

We used KMJ when we sold our house and found David and Suzanne and Mark a joy to work with. Always there at the end of the phone and replied to emails so quickly I’m sure they must never sleep! I’m so glad we used KMJ because when things got tricky towards the end of our sale and purchase they were always there to help chivvy on solicitors. They even got us to completion the day before the stamp duty holiday ended! They arrived promptly for viewings and gave us feedback from viewers. I’d throughly recommend them.
