We found KMJ to be particularly friendly and proactive in all their communications with us, and were very impressed with the customer service we received despite not being their direct clients! They were on the ball when it came to managing the chain, keeping us updated and chasing other parties' estate agents and solictors to ensure the sale went throigh in line with the planned dates.
