We just completed on a house in Cambridge. The process was made more complicated by the fact that we did not live at the property, so Mark Abbott managed everything while we were remote. It was all smooth, Mark and his colleagues were really responsive and reassuring (previous sale had fallen through), and definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected in normal circumstances. I would definitely recommend going through this agency. Only note is that the initial valuation was about 10% higher than the achieved price. The valuation was aligned with two other agencies, so it might not have been something specific to Cooke C&C (maybe just a general tactic) but it did lead to some disappointment, and almost letting go of an offer whilst waiting for one that was more aligned with the valuation, which was maybe misleading.
