Experience with Cooke Curtis & Co has been excellent. Our lettings agent was Millie who has been brilliant, always super helpful and very prompt to respond whenever we had any questions, and she even gave us some free coffee on our move-in day. Cooke Curtis & Co in general have been great, very efficient move-in process and always kept us in the loop. They were also very honest on the inventory form which was refreshing to see, and were able to sort an electrician asap to fix some issues with our lights. Would highly recommend and will be looking to use Cooke Curtis & Co next time I'm looking for a new rental property.
