She was amazing from start to finish and got us settled in a home in Trumpington. Throughout the year we had the pleasure of working with most of the letting staff at Cooke Curtis and co and every time we had an issue, they quickly resolved it for us. We recently moved out of the UK and they were very flexible and accommodating given our moves complexity. I can't recommend them enough. Excellent lettings company!

Really impressed with their effort to provide a video tour of almost every property advertised for sale, which was tremendously helpful during the pandemic. Physical viewings were also easy to arrange and COVID safe. Staff were all polite and professional. Used Cooke Curtis recently to handle the sale of our house in Cambridge. I can't speak too highly of the standard of service we got from start to finish. From the stunning initial photographs, the presentation of the property, the organisation of viewings and through to negotiations on the final offer, the service was brilliant. Having a small team (Steve and Sophie) handle everything with patience and professionalism in difficult circumstances was a real bonus. I never thought I'd be recommending an estate agent, but these people are brilliant!

Thanks to Remi and Ian, we completed our sale through Cooke Curtis on time. With covid there were a number of additional hurdles to jump through in the form of delays further down the chain. Towards the end of the transaction Remi contacted us daily with an update and pushing the chain lower down into action regularly. So we are happy with the completion and the price achieved.
