I have been a tenant for the last few years, in this time I have been with Cooke & Curtis they have been nothing but professional, friendly, efficient and kind. The property I live in is so well maintained, with the occasional dripping tap or faulty gate, I have reported it, it has been addressed immediately and fixed promptly. Also they have carried out home checks, on time and when not possible kept me well informed. The staff I have to say are second to none, so efficient and polite, the most considerate people and especially now through the unkind times through COVID-19 pandemic.
