When we selected to work with Cooke Curtis & Co to sell our flat in Autumn 2018, it was based on how all members of their team had conducted themselves throughout the initial enquiry process - no hard sell; answering questions where they could and signposting where they couldn't: straightforward customer service. Whilst their commission percentage was the highest we came across, we felt that the levels of their service to that point, before we were paying customers, were worth it.
