Zero communication. Had to chase everything up myself. No returning of calls. Then days later application rejected with no feedback.

Made a very difficult time even worse. After my mum moved into a home in November we approached Hayward Fox to advertise her property for sale. She passed in December. For 6 months the property has been handled terribly. We had 3 viewings in that 6 month period. Zero feedback from those viewings. Absolutely no contact from Hayward Fox as to what we could do better. The whole customer journey has been appalling, well non existent to be honest. And even when we said we were moving to another, much more engaging, agent, unbelievably the communication stayed at zero. I have had a very positive experience from Hayward Fox in the past but this was frankly terrible. Made the stressful situation of losing my mum 10 times worse and I will never forgive them or ever use them again.

I emailed stating I wished to view a newly listed property, providing full details, the email back basically intimated he thought I was wasting his and the sellers time. Not a very profession way to do business from someone who calls himself a senior agent.

We rented a property through M & M Properties for just short of 5 years. During our stay we never once missed a payment and there was little to no trouble, until of course, we needed M&M to provide on their end. In December we came back from time away to a broken boiler. In the coldest period of the year, and with the energy crisis M&M continued to support the Landlord in his lack of effort to support the situation and as a result were left without a boiler for near enough a month. 4th - 29th December. No hot water, no heating. They did provide heaters to borrow but were of course more expensive to run. But more importantly continued to defend the landlord with lack of support/ alternative arrangements. I had to push M&M to action in the end, and managed to have £150 in support from landlord which I don't believe we would've had if we hadn't of complained profusely. Hardly any care given for tenants as priority comes to landlords. The episode caused us to leave and I wouldn't advise using them as plenty better agents in local area.

We had a terrible and atrocious experience. We travelled an 11 hour round trip from London only to be told that there were going to be 3 houses built in the field at the bottom of the garden. It was 35 degree heat and an emotionally very upsetting experience. They are deceitful and liars.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very unprofessional company. Very lazy with the sale of my property. I lost two buyers because of this company. The time and stress caused by this poorly managed company M&M properties absolute joke. So many more professional estate agents out there and they cannot be trusted . Absolutely terrible company, avoid
