We’ve been using AgentOS for over 12 years, and unfortunately the service has gone downhill fast. Although they advertise chat and telephone support, in my experience it has been impossible to reach anyone, and emails often go unanswered. We’re having ongoing issues with our system—particularly with client emails not being received—which has caused real problems for our business. I can only share my own experience and say that if you’re looking for a reliable CRM provider, you may want to consider other options.

An absolute shocking service. Have been with this company since 2010 and it has never been as bad as this. I am trying to get through to support and have been disconnected now 12 times (and counting), after about 30 seconds. I have also tried to contact them through their online support service but they are not online at the moment! Atrocious, absolutely atrocious!!!

I've called 8 times this afternoon to try and reach someone. the line has cut out each time. I've not had a response to the ticket I've raised for 3 weeks despite it saying the lead time is 36 business hours and chasing them on email for a response several times.

Shockingly poor customer support, never answer phone calls nor respond to emails.

★☆☆☆☆ Untrustworthy and Overpriced – Avoid I rented a property through this agent, and every year he tried to increase the rent without justification. When I compared with other agents, I found similar or even better properties being rented for 30–40% less. He consistently overprices his listings well above market rates. On top of that, he's unresponsive, never acts in a timely manner, and always sides with the landlord. As a tenant, you’re left with zero support. Completely unprofessional — I would not recommend him to anyone.

Customer service and response is awful. Waiting a week for a response is not how any business should operate

After using the Broadwater branch and having success on two occasions I wouldn't recommend the Goring branch if I'm honest. After selling my property on two occasions it then went on to fall through on both occasions due to poor customer service and not keeping me up to speed on my buyer's criteria and their mortgage offer requirements. Very disappointed.
