I’ve used Jackson-Stops for renting a flat, Tom Ridgeway and the staff are very professional and helpful, i was very impressed by how quick they were in checking the references and taking a decision, all that plus signing the documents where done online,you could even check the progress of every reference application. In my opinion Jackson-stop are way ahead of other estate agents, with them I didn’t feel the stress that I’ve been through with other estate agents. Tom at Jackson Stops in Teddington has done a fantastic job helping myself and my husband find perfect rental properties in the area. When our original landlord wished to return to his property (which Tom had found for us) Tom was straight on the case and knew exactly what we were looking for and the features we required (e.g being pet friendly for our puppy, Barney). Within a week we had a new place sorted which removed a huge amount of stress and frustration usually experienced when renting properties in London.
