I rented a lovely two bedroom flat through Jackson Stops and found their service to be the best of any estate agent I have ever used. There was always someone there to talk to or email and even when I locked myself out of the flat, one of their team came over to let me in. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Over 10 years worked with both rentals and sales sides. Both groups provided excellent service - Mark and his team managed property flawlessly. The sales process handled by Robert ; Joe and Dan was also excellent. All knew of transaction and contributed seamlessly although Joe primary contact. Found high quality prospective buyers and got price to a level above our expectation. Maintained momentum of transaction right through to completion. Highly recommended

Mark helped us find a flat in Teddington recently. In this tight market, he proved to be an informed to what was available. He genuinely listened to us and only showed us properties that fitted our needs. Our move was a slightly complicated one, and Mark stayed on top of the paperwork, making sure everything was completed on time. We recommend the office highly, and would certainly use them again ourselves.

Great service from this Estate Agent......we had a house sale that lasted 9 months....not our or the Agents fault.....just the rubbish system that we have to go through esp when things go wrong out of your Control. We have two or three people looking after our sale with the last one being Dan......calmed us down when I was ready to go mad, but got us to a conclusion on a 9 house sale. Would recommend them from our experience.....actually my experience is not move at all but so long as you have people who communicate with you then its a bit better.......insist on that with all party's in the moving process.
