I'm so thrilled with the help Jackson Stops offered in such a short amount of time! When we found out we had only till the end of the year to find a suitable place, I reached out to every local estate agent, with only Jackson Stops going above and beyond to help us chase the perfect home. I had a viewing with Nabil at the Teddington Office and he was so kind, patient and helpful when showing me around a little flat, truly taking time to talk about each room. He encouraged us to see a house that wasn't initially on the list and Katie came to pick us up on the way - such amazing friendly help and service, and the conversation was really lovely and relatable and fun. It felt like we were viewing homes with friends which made it feel really trustworthy. After that, the process was amazingly smooth compared to any other estate agents, and they were extremely helpful and stress free to chat to - they helped us with information we needed complete and were very patient with all of my questions! Any time I pick up the phone to Charlie or Katie in the Teddington office, they're always so chirpy and positive and polite - I can not recommend this team enough and MASSIVE thank you to Nabil and Katie for find us our new home!!! A dream!

We had an excellent experience with Katie Fairchild at Jackson Stops from viewings to offer to immediately following move in. Katie took the time to show us multiple properties available and was able to understand our needs and show us properties which might be suitable and met all of our must haves. Our needs were appropriately considered and we were not shown or suggested properties which did not meet our requirements, in contrast to other agencys. It felt like there was a genuine intention to match the right tenant to the right property. Katie was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive at all times. The referencing process was as smooth as can be reasonably expected and Katie was helpful when questions arose. The tenancy agreement was drawn up promptly and was appropriate for the property. The moving in process was easy and we were able to collect keys as soon as the office was open. Katie also checked in post moving in to ensure everything had gone well.

She was professional, helpful and always kept us informed, making what can be a stressful process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.
