We have been looking for properties for over a year, and came across many different agencies, but Charlie, our POC, from Jackson Stops, was simply the best. Many agents we spoke to at other agencies weren’t there to help, or assist you solving problems, but whenever we had a concern or any obstacles, Charlie’s attitude was always ‘let me see what I can do, we will find a way / solution.’ The process of renting a place can be quite overwhelming but Charlie made sure it can be as stress free as possible, with clear and prompt communication. We really felt he wanted us to get the place as much as we do, if not more. If you’re looking for an outstanding service and knowledge, I highly recommend Charlie!
