Jackson-Stops and Staff

We have been looking for properties for over a year, and came across many different agencies, but Charlie, our POC, from Jackson Stops, was simply the best. Many agents we spoke to at other agencies weren’t there to help, or assist you solving problems, but whenever we had a concern or any obstacles, Charlie’s attitude was always ‘let me see what I can do, we will find a way / solution.’ The process of renting a place can be quite overwhelming but Charlie made sure it can be as stress free as possible, with clear and prompt communication. We really felt he wanted us to get the place as much as we do, if not more. If you’re looking for an outstanding service and knowledge, I highly recommend Charlie!

Had a pleasant experience securing our flat through Jackson-Stops. A special thank you to Nabil Subhani, who showed us around the property and was fantastic to deal with. He was friendly, professional, and very approachable, and made us feel completely at ease during the viewing. Would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Jackson-Stops highly enough. Tom and all the team have provided a professional, efficient and caring service to us as landlords over a number of years. They are totally in tune with the local market and we have always felt ourselves to be on completely safe hands.

I would highly recommend Isabella Waites. She was very helpful, professional, and friendly, providing us with detailed information about interesting properties that matched our needs. She was always happy to answer our questions and made the whole process easy and pleasant. Thank you, Isabella, for your excellent service!

As a group of sharers, my friends and I were first showed a flat by Katie at Jackson Stops. During the viewing and throughout the process of renting, she exemplified professionalism and a friendly demeanour. The same can be said for Nabil and Tom who helped us along the way showing us that they work to a standard above the rest of the real estate agencies in the area. If you are thinking about renting choose Jackson Stops.

We’ve had a great experience with Jackson-Stops. Katie was incredibly helpful, professional, and prompt—even when heading out on holiday, she made sure we were taken care of and let us know who would be filling in while she was away.

Excellent experience throughout our tenancy process. Katie and the team were remarkably efficient, proactive, and transparent every step of the way. Highly recommend Jackson-Stops Teddington.

Charlie was very proactive in sending us properties to let for our consideration and was very responsive which was appreciated!

Katie from Jackson-Stops in Teddington was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process, from viewing the flat through to completion, incredibly smooth and easy. I had complete trust that she was always looking out for my best interests. She was incredibly helpful with any questions I had and had an excellent knowledge of both the property and the local area. Her kind, approachable and easy-going nature gave me a huge amount of comfort and peace of mind throughout the process. As someone who was new to the area, I also really appreciated how forthcoming she was with recommendations for local coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and more. This instantly made me feel welcomed and confident that I’d made the right choice about where to live. Katie was transparent, helpful and professional throughout, which played a big part in my decision to choose Jackson-Stops as my letting agent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend both Katie and the team.

Although we ended up finding a property elsewhere, Charlie was amazing at helping us with our rental search and making sure to let us know of any matching properties that were available, promptly arranging viewings etc. It was lovely to work with such nice agent! :)
