Jackson-Stops and Staff

Katie from Jackson-Stops in Teddington was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process, from viewing the flat through to completion, incredibly smooth and easy. I had complete trust that she was always looking out for my best interests. She was incredibly helpful with any questions I had and had an excellent knowledge of both the property and the local area. Her kind, approachable and easy-going nature gave me a huge amount of comfort and peace of mind throughout the process. As someone who was new to the area, I also really appreciated how forthcoming she was with recommendations for local coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and more. This instantly made me feel welcomed and confident that I’d made the right choice about where to live. Katie was transparent, helpful and professional throughout, which played a big part in my decision to choose Jackson-Stops as my letting agent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend both Katie and the team.
